CoreLogic Inc. Accused of Negligently Reporting Race and Criminal Background of US Consumers

A Class Action lawsuit filed by the Legal Action Center alleges that CoreLogic SafeRent LLC violated the NY Fair Credit Reporting Act by inaccurately reporting criminal backgrounds of consumers, as well as disclosing the race of individuals in their credit profiles.
